Warriors of the Three Elements Ukrainian Marine Corps Stamp Sheet – 2026

Created in honor of the Ukrainian Marine Corps, the 2026 Ukrposhta stamp sheet “Warriors of the Three Elements” (Воїни трьох стихій) celebrates the courage, strength, and resilience of Ukraine’s marines.

They are called “warriors of the three elements” because Ukrainian marines are trained to operate on land, on water, and from the air. Since the beginning of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, the Marine Corps has become a symbol of endurance, military brotherhood, and determination, serving in some of the most difficult areas of the front.

The Story Behind “Warriors of the Three Elements”

The name of this stamp carries special meaning. Ukrainian marines must be capable of fighting across three environments — land, sea, and air. Their role requires mobility, intense training, teamwork, and the ability to operate where conditions are most difficult.

Ukrposhta describes the marines as soldiers who defend positions, take part in assaults, evacuate fellow servicemen under fire, and go wherever strength and determination are needed most. The issue was created for Ukrainian Marine Corps Day as a tribute to their courage and resilience. 

The stamp design by Oleksandr Kalmykov visually brings these three elements together: the sea and naval forces, aircraft above, and Ukrainian troops operating on land.
