Heroic Professions: Ukraine Stays Connected Ukrainian Stamp Sheet – 2025

The “Heroic Professions. Ukraine Stays Connected” (Героїчні професії. Україна на зв’язку) postage stamp sheet honors the people who keep Ukraine communicating even under the extraordinary conditions of war.

Issued by Ukrposhta in 2025, the stamps recognize telecommunications engineers, technicians, postal workers, infrastructure specialists, and public-sector professionals who repair damaged networks, restore mobile service, deliver essential mail and assistance, and help maintain communications across Ukraine. The issue was released for the Day of Radio, Television and Communications Workers.

“Signal for Everyone” (Сигнал для всіх) represents specialists rebuilding base stations and returning mobile and digital communications to communities.

“Parcel of Hope” (Посилка надії) is dedicated to postal workers who continue delivering mail, payments, and humanitarian assistance, including in dangerous and frontline areas.

“Conditions for Connection” (Умови для зв’язку) recognizes professionals responsible for maintaining and regulating Ukraine’s critical communications infrastructure. 

Together, the four stamps tell a larger story: Ukraine stays connected because people continue doing their jobs despite damaged infrastructure, attacks, power disruptions, and danger.
