Light Conquering Darkness
During the winter of 2022–2023, repeated attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure left millions of people facing blackouts and disruptions to essential services. Ukrainian repair crews worked around the clock to restore power, heating, communications and other critical infrastructure.
Ukrposhta dedicated this issue to those specialists — the “Warriors of Light” — whose resilience and determination became another symbol of Ukraine’s resistance.
